Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all of our online orders over $200 (USD) within the US & Guatemala. For all other orders, there is a $10 flat rate for order to the US and $15 for orders to Canada. We work to ship all in-stock items as soon as possible, however shipping items from Guatemala can take up to three weeks. Once your order has shipped, we will send a tracking number to the email provided at checkout.
Orders within Guatemala will be charged a flat rate of $5. Please email hola@mi-eelo.com if you are interested in shipping elsewhere than the countries mentioned.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
Mi eelo will accept returns of full-price, unused, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site of a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date your item was shipped.
Mi eelo reserves the right to reject a refund for any damaged or visibly used items.
Original shipping costs will be refunded on any return or exchange.
Mi eelo will not be responsible for lost returns and will not contact mailing service on behalf of customer.
Please follow the steps to return your order:
1. Fill out the return form - You will need your mi eelo order number which can be found in the order confirmation email.
2. Include your packaging slip or order number in your return.
3. For exchanges, please fill out the Returns and Exchange Form and include it in the return.
